Melissa Allgeier joined the team in 2007.  She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University.  When Melissa is not working she enjoys coaching Louisville's only flat track roller derby team, the Derby City Rollergirls.  Melissa lives in Louisville with her husband, Eric and son, Roman.  Melissa is responsible for all policy updates and changes and would be happy to answer any and all customer service related questions.
