A firm believer in giving back to the community, Rob is actively involved with organizations throughout Kentucky.

Rob served on the Louisville Ballet Board of Directors for over six years (2010-2016) both as Treasurer (2012-2013) as well as Vice-President (2015-2016).
An active member of the Centre College Alumni Board, Rob served on the board for the association (2008-2010) and was also awarded the Young Associate of the Year (2013).
Rob is also an avid alumni supporter of dupont Manual High School and sits on the board of the Crimson Mission (2014-2019), an organization raising needed funds for the school. In 2018 Rob was inducted into the Crimson Mission Hall of Fame.

- Scout Reach (2009-2010)
